Chinese coolies, and land sooh repatriates.
(ii) to arrange for proper medical assistance to such of
these repatriates as might be sick.
(iii) To assist soot rapatriates in the negocistion of
their money drafts.
(iv) to arrange for the conveyance of such repatriates to
